Michael A. Neuman    Executive Vice President, Managing Partner   Michael A. Neuman was named Managing Partner of Scout Sports and Entertainment on November 10, 2010. Neuman oversees all Sports, Entertainment, Wellness, Experiential and Measurement Analytics services, unifying these disciplines under one entity offering clients strategic thought leadership. Neuman, an agency veteran, is one of the most respected sports and entertainment marketers in his industry. He has over 30 years of experience developing hundreds of dynamic sponsorship and marketing partnerships totaling well over $1B. Prior to launching Scout, Neuman was Co-Founder and President of Amplify Sports and Entertainment. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University in the Graduate School of Professional Studies.

Michael A. Neuman was named Managing Partner of Scout Sports and Entertainment on November 10, 2010. Neuman, an agency veteran, is one of the most respected sports and entertainment marketers in his industry. Dan Parise    Vice President, Managing Director   Since joining Scout shortly after launch, Parise has helped grow the agency into a well-respected leader in the industry. With career experience on the agency and property side, including several seasons as the Director of Marketing of the Chicago Fire, he was recognized as an Adweek Media All-Star in 2012 and named to Sports Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 class of 2017. Parise is a graduate of Colby College and resides in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and two daughters.

Carrie Skillman    Vice President   Carrie joined Scout in September of 2012 to provide innovative solutions to amplify client marketing campaigns in captivated live environments. Carrie Skillman

Vice President

Carrie joined Scout in September of 2012 to provide innovative solutions to amplify client marketing campaigns in captivated live environments. As Vice President, Carrie leads three account teams, overseeing client management and partnership negotiation/fulfillment of 175+ properties. Dino Koutsouris    Director, Strategy and Development   Dino joined Scout in 2014 and is currently the Director of Strategy and Development, serving as architect of strategic programs and campaigns across Scout’s portfolio of existing and potential clients. Previously, Dino led one of Scout’s account teams, managing over 50 partnerships and activations for a number of clients including Buffalo Wild Wings and FanDuel. He has also been instrumental in developing Scout’s wellness practice, most recently managing team partnerships on behalf of New York-Presbyterian Hospital and an event-activation strategy for Gilead Sciences. Prior to Scout, Dino was the Director of Sport Marketing and Business Development for Everlast and received an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.

Dino Koutsouris

Director, Strategy and Development

Dino joined Scout in 2014 and is currently the Director of Strategy and Development, serving as architect of strategic programs and campaigns across Scout’s portfolio of existing and potential clients. Previously, Dino led one of Scout’s account teams, managing over 50 partnerships and activations for a number of clients including Buffalo Wild Wings and FanDuel. He has also been instrumental in developing Scout’s wellness practice, most recently managing team partnerships on behalf of New York-Presbyterian Hospital and an event-activation strategy for Gilead Sciences. Prior to Scout, Dino was the Director of Sport Marketing and Business Development for Everlast and received an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.

Anthony Cangelosi    Associate Director, Sponsorship Strategy   With over 10 years of sports marketing experience, Anthony currently serves as Associate Director of Sponsorship Strategy for Scout. Cathryn Cardillo    Supervisor, Events   A skilled sports and entertainment marketing professional specializing in event execution, Cathryn has successfully brought to life impactful global messaging through strategic corporate hospitality programs and key consumer activations across sports, music, culinary and film. Cathryn also has significant experience partnering with marquee sports and entertainment properties. Currently serving as the Supervisor of Events at Scout, she is responsible for overseeing the development and performance of experiential marketing campaigns.

Ben Foreman    Account Supervisor   Ben joined Scout as an Account Supervisor in August of 2017. In his role, Ben oversees one of Scout’s three account teams, helping to lead the strategy development and portfolio management for several clients including Mohegan Sun, TriHonda, Burger King, Constellation Energy and Tim Hortons. Prior to Scout, Ben spent five years working with the Detroit Pistons and Palace Sports & Entertainment in several different roles, most recently as the Manager of Partnership Solutions.

Greg FitzMaurice    Account Supervisor   Greg joined Scout in 2015 and currently serves as an Account Supervisor on one of Scout’s account teams. Greg is focused on GEICO and SoCal Honda, leading partnership strategy, negotiation and fulfilment across 15+ league and team partnerships. Prior to Scout, Greg had internships with the National Basketball Association and Octagon. He graduated from Providence College where he was a member of the varsity lacrosse team.

He has worked across clients such as the Oak View Group, Minnesota Twins, International Champions Cup and the Carolina Panthers. Most notably at Scout, his work with Monumental Sports and Entertainment led to the naming rights announcement of Capital One Arena. Scott is originally from Framingham, MA and graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he was a club water polo player and helped establish the  McCormack Sport Leaders Forum .

He has worked across clients such as the Oak View Group, Minnesota Twins, International Champions Cup and the Carolina Panthers. Most notably at Scout, his work with Monumental Sports and Entertainment led to the naming rights announcement of Capital One Arena. Scott is originally from Framingham, MA and graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he was a club water polo player and helped establish the McCormack Sport Leaders Forum.
